Founded in 1984 by Carl Francisco, Bumper to Bumper Body & Paint was built on one simple belief: “Where Quality Still Counts.” What started as a one-man operation quickly earned a reputation throughout Scottsbluff and the surrounding communities for honest work, exceptional craftsmanship, and repairs done the right way.
Carl began as the shop’s sole body technician and painter, using his experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality to build a collision repair business customers could trust. In 1986, he built a new, larger location, focusing on auto body repair, custom paint work, restorations, and collision repair. As the industry evolved, the shop expanded its focus to specialize in collision damage and hail damage repair while continuing to uphold the standards the business was founded on.Today, Bumper to Bumper Body & Paint operates from a modern 14,000+ square-foot facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, serving drivers throughout the Nebraska Panhandle and Eastern Wyoming.
