In 1984, Carl Francisco founded Bumper to Bumper Body and Paint, with a mission centered around one simple yet powerful belief: "Where Quality Still Counts." Carl started as the sole auto body technician and painter, using his exceptional skills and strong reputation to lay the foundation for a business that would go on to thrive. His dedication to top-quality auto body repairs, coupled with his extensive experience, helped Bumper to Bumper grow into the trusted collision repair shop it is today.
By 1986, Carl built his first location, focusing on restorations, custom auto painting, and collision repair. As the business flourished, Carl’s focus shifted toward specializing in collision repair and hail damage repair, providing the growing community with reliable, expert services while continuing to uphold the high standards he set from day one.

Today, Bumper to Bumper Collision Center continues to build on Carl’s solid foundation, operating from a state-of-the-art facility with advanced equipment to meet the needs of modern vehicles.
